What is the process of renting an apartment?

You will have to fill out our application form and provide recent pay stubs, confirmation of employment and rental assistance forms if applicable. Once your application has been approved we will reach out to you to set up a time to look at the apartment you are interested in.

Do you take section 8?

Yes, we work many local rental assistance organizations. You will need to let us know who your case worker is and what amount your voucher is for.

Do you allow Pets?

Yes we do, with some limitations--some breeds and sizes are prohibited. A one time, non-refundable fee for each approved pet is required.
